I grew up reading in backyard trees in Kansas City. After earning a Bachelor's in Social Work and a Master's in Elementary Education, I traveled the country with a puppet team—proving I've always been a "heard but not seen" character! A few years and a few kids later, I've settled in rural Wyoming, where audiobooks are a staple in my daily life. They create the illusion of stimulating adult conversation and enrich the routine of mundane tasks. I love to explore our local mountains with my family in the summer, and I hibernate all winter, making quilts and reading books.
